Travel Planning Services & Fee Agreement

At R&R Travel, my planning fee, when applicable, reflects the time, expertise, care, and attention to detail I put into every itinerary. It allows me to provide the level of service, customization, and support my clients expect before, during, and after travel.

After our initial consultation, I will have a clear picture of your travel plans and can outline the services included along with an estimated planning fee. Fees are based on the length and complexity of your trip, how many destinations you are visiting, and how many transitions or moving parts are involved. That way, the fee aligns with the actual work and support your trip requires.

I view this fee as an investment in a smooth, personalized travel experience. It allows me to design a journey that reflects your style, preferences, and priorities, while giving you the confidence of knowing the details are handled and you have a travel advocate in your corner.

Your planning fee includes a personalized consultation, custom itinerary design, behind the scenes research and coordination, access to trusted travel partners, ongoing trip management, and advocacy before, during, and after your trip. It also includes one quoted itinerary for your selected destinations, plus two rounds of revisions. If additional revisions are needed beyond that, or if significant changes are made, such as changing destinations or restructuring the trip, a new planning fee will be required to create an updated trip plan.

The chart below provide a general overview of the services included and typical fee ranges. Exact pricing will be confirmed after our consultation and tailored to your specific travel plans. If you decide to move forward, you will receive a Planning Agreement and an invoice for the nonrefundable fee. Once those are completed, I can begin bringing your trip to life.
